The issue of data protection and confidentiality is a topic we take very seriously and we follow the applicable national and European data protection regulations.

As per section 13 of Italian Law Decree n. 196 dated June 30, 2003 Privacy Law, section 13 of the European Regulation n. 679 dated 2017 Data Protection Regulation, Ruling n. 229 dated 2014 of the Italian Personal Data Protection Authority section Definition of simplified setup of the Information Sheet and consent acquisition for cookies’ usage, as well as Recommendation n. 2 dated 2001 adopted as per section 29 of Directive n. 95/46/CE, Group POSEIDON intends to inform its Users on the use of their personal data, of the log files and of the so-called cookies gathered by means of navigation of the site www.groupposeidon.com (Site) and requesting information through the “contact-us” form.

The controller of the personal data processing is Group POSEIDON, with legal office in Brazil, e-mail poseidon@androfert.com.br.

Our employees involved in data processing are obliged to confidentiality in the use of personal data. Our data protection measures are continually updated, reflecting technical developments.

STORAGE OF DATA

As a visitor to our website, you will remain anonymous. The data we store and analyse is used for statistical purposes only, for instance to ensure the continuous improvement of our services. The data we store on our servers comprises the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visited us, the Group POSEIDON web pages you have looked up, your IP address and the date and duration of your visit.
We store data as required by legal obligation or for the period of time that is required to provide a service you have requested or as agreed in applicable consent.
In any case, the processing will not have a duration exceeding 10 years from the date of registration to the subscription services, as long as Users have not requested cancellation of the data before. Notwithstanding the above, Group POSEIDON may conserve some personal data of Users also after the request for termination of processing, exclusively for the scope of defending or safeguarding its rights, or in those cased as defined by law or by order of a judicial or government authority.

COLLECTION, PROCESSING AND USE OF DATA

We only collect and process personal data if you make use of specific services and we therefore require your data or if you have voluntarily given us your express consent. You may do so, for instance, as part of a registration procedure, by completing a form or by sending an e-mail, ordering products or services, sending us a query or requesting materials. Unless we are subject to other legal commitments, we only use your personal data for the purposes for which you have given your consent.
Your personal data will only be shared by us with third parties if that is required in order to provide a service you have requested or if you have given your consent.

REVIEW PERSONAL DATA AND USERS’ RIGHTS

  • cancellation, anonymization or blocking of personal data processed in violation of the law.

NET-SURFING DATA

These are navigation data which the information systems acquire automatically during usage of the Site, such as the IP address, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses, as well as the details of the requests sent to the Site’s server, and which make the navigation possible. Navigation data may as well be used to create anonymous statistics which allow to analyze the Site’s usage and to improve the Site’s structure.
Finally, navigation data might be used to detect illegal activities, such criminal IT activity against the Site.

DETAILS FURNISHED BY USER

Any communication to the contacts listed on the Site implies the acquisition of the e-mail address and other personal information contained in the communication, after release of an appropriate information sheet.

COOKIES AND THEIR USE

Cookies are small text files that the sites visited by the users send to their terminals, where they are stored to be re-transmitted to the same sites on a later visit.

Analytics: The Site uses cookies of Google Analytics service provided by Google Inc. to elaborate statistical analysis on how the navigation of Users on the Site. The IP addresses of the users are anonymous before being rescued by the service of Google Analytics;

In addition, the Site uses cookies to social platforms (in this case, the platforms Facebook, Google Plus, YouTube and Instagram), managed by third parties. These cookies are necessary to allow a social account to interact with the site, allow to express appreciation and share it with their friends.
